The American Cancer Society
The American Cancer Society is the nationwide community-based voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives and diminishing suffering from cancer through research, education, advocacy and service.
The Brooklyn Regional office of the American Cancer Society provides expert, personal help for individuals with cancer, including direct patient support and practical referrals; free cancer screening for people without health insurance; and free employee health and wellness programs.
Eat, Drink & Be Hopeful sponsors will assist the American Cancer Society in raising funds to reach our 2015 goal of saving 5 million lives, by reducing cancer mortality by 50% and cancer incidence by 25%

Synopsis
This documentary takes a look at Proposition 8, a ballot measure that recently passed in California to legally discriminate against lesbian and gay couples to prevent them from marrying. Sponsored by the Pacific School of Religion's (PSR) Center for Lesbian and Gay Studies in Religion & Ministry (CLGS), this documentary focuses specifically on the meaning of gay marriage in the black church.

Synopsis

The complications between these human beings and dilemma of Animal Rights create the fodder for drama, comedy and everything in between.

Synopsis
The Last Track is a faced-paced journey through the streets of Cuba, the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico which culminates in the intoxicating life of the music industry, love, drugs and gang rivalry.
Roman Ayala dreams of becoming a musician. His family, however, is in Cuba – where dreams don’t become reality. Instead, he works at one of La Habana’s most prestigious hotels, cleaning other people’s sins.
One day, Roman comes across diamonds and a lot of cash hidden in the bathroom. He hides this treasure for four long years. But after one fateful call from his sister in Miami, having escaped Cuba, he is lead into a game of facades. He must discern fact from fiction – reality from the lies.
